ABC Western PA Institute - Pathway 2 Lead - believes in providing first class professional development training to our members. Pathway 2 Lead offers members specific training relevant to current industry needs in categories of Safety, Leadership, Management, and Workforce Development. Each category offers courses to address employer needs, assist with staff development, and explain registered apprenticeship requirements. Curated and taught by ABC members or leadership professionals, our programs cover the technical and soft skills most needed in the industry today.

With a wide variety of training opportunities, Pathway 2 Lead provides the tools and training to support an attendee’s long-term growth and success in the construction industry. ABC Western PA recognizes the need for on-going professional growth and development; Pathway 2 Lead supports this by offering high-level training to members of the construction industry.
Depending on the topics, courses are offered as in-person/instructor-led, virtual/online, or a combination/hybrid. In-person classes are typically held at the ABC Gibsonia Office, 2360 Venture Drive.
