Founded in 1991 by ABC and leading contractors, NCCER is the industry’s source for craft education, assessment, and certification. Through the combination of in-class learning, written testing, and hands on skill evaluation, the ABC of Western PA learners gain valuable knowledge and skills to advance in the construction industry. The NCCER curriculum and credentials are industry recognized and portable throughout the United States and in 20 countries.
