“We are here to be the voice of the free enterprise construction industry, as well as a support system, a network of quality companies, and an association to foster growth both across the Pennsylvania economic scale, as well as within one’s own company,” states Justin Erdner, President of the WPA Chapter. “We strive to be a stream of strength, information, support, and education.”
