About the program

The Sprinkler Fitting Apprenticeship program is an intensive 4-year course that integrates hands-on experience with classroom instruction. It involves 144 hours of Related Technical Instruction (RTI), each year, and 8,000 total hours of On-the-Job Learning (OJL). The RTI follows the National Center for Construction Education & Research (NCCER) curriculum, allowing apprentices to earn industry-recognized, stackable credentials at each level. The program begins with CORE, an introductory module that covers communication skills, employability, basic safety practices, and the use of tools, before advancing through Sprinkler Fitting Levels 1, 2, 3, and 4. Applications are due by July 1, 2025.
