Apprenticeship - Education & Training

This course covers the role and responsibilities of the employer in an apprenticeship. Topics include, registration, documentation, mentoring, safety, OJT tracking, and State requirements. As government agencies ramp up oversight, it is vital to ensure that all steps are followed to avoid corrective actions. This course will give you the information needed to stay ahead of regulation and new requirements.

Instructor:
Matthew Waltman, Director of Education & Workforce Development, ABC Western PA, provides Adult CPR/First Aid/AED training for the Chapter’s members.  Matt is a Certified American Red Cross CPR/First Aid/AED instructor authorized to train students in responding to medical emergencies.  During his career, he has provided training and education to support staff in their work environments.
